If an off-the-shelf tool can do the job well, we'll tell you to use it. We only build when custom is genuinely the right answer.

Most engagements start with a short discovery phase at a fixed price, after which we agree a build approach. From there we usually bill weekly for the time actually spent, with a clear ceiling agreed up front. We don't lock people into long contracts - clients stay with us because they choose to, not because they have to.

Yes. Full source, in your repository, deployed to your infrastructure (or ours, if that suits you better). You're never dependent on us to continue running the software.

Most clients want us to. Software gets more valuable after it's live and we usually stay involved: maintenance, new features, performance work, and integrations with whatever comes next. The shape of that support is whatever fits the project.

We work remotely with clients across the UK and further afield. Video calls for most things; on-site visits when it genuinely helps.
